NEW SCHOLARSHIPS

Horatio Alger Association Scholarship Programs
Deadline: October 25, 2020
The Horatio Alger Association’s Scholarship programs are among the few in the nation that specifically focus on identifying young people who, similar to its members, have overcome exceptional hardships. Despite facing adversity in their young lives, Horatio Alger Scholars have proven their ability to succeed. The Association awards over 1,500 students in every state, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia. Please note, last year there were less than 130 completed applications from Minnesota that met all criteria! Also note that a recent VHS graduate received this scholarship.  Click here for more information and to apply.
