February – I Love To Read Month!

February is “I LOVE TO READ” month at Parkview Learning Center.  Each classroom is doing something special to encourage reading during this month.

Our school is participating in many special reading activities.   Students are able to earn “SUPER READER” tickets in their classroom.  The tickets are placed in a special container and each Monday of February, Mr. Krebsbach will be stopping in classrooms to draw a ticket out and reward a student with a certificate and prize.  On Friday, March 6th all students will be recognized in an assembly.  The PTA will be sponsoring an ice cream party and something special will happen to Mr. Krebsbach!

Our PTA Scholastic  Book Fair will be here on Wed.-Friday, Feb. 4-6th.

This will be an exciting month filled with lots of reading!!!

Parkview Parking Lot Patience

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

With the cold weather and icy road conditions, please drive carefully in the Parkview parking lot.  All drivers, be patient while waiting to drop your child off.  We do not want anyone to get hurt in the parking lot.

Please be patient and courteous to the other drivers at all time.
